ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect Any adjustments, additions, or cancelations of orders can be made within 24 hours of placing order please contact customer service.

SHIPPING

Sunshine and Grace does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available. It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has been shipped, not counting weekends or holidays. All Orders are insured at no cost to you for your protection.

STORE PICKUP

You will receive a conformation email once your order is ready for Store Pickup. Most Store Pick-Up Orders are available for pickup the following business day Please have your order number available when picking up order. Orders can be picked up anytime during normal business hours.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
