HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 24 hours. 

You will receive an email shipping notification once your package has been processed and handed to the carrier. 

Exceptions are during high-volume times, when processing time may take 3-5 business days.

 All orders are processed Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All Orders are Filled and Shipped from our Retail Location in Tioga, Texas.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Our packages ship USPS or UPS (for larger items.) You will always receive tracking information for your package and should use this as reference. 
Now sometimes the deliveries get a little ahead of themselves and are marked “delivered” before they actually are. 
Just give them a little bit. If you are still waiting 24 hours later, then please contact our customer support center.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

No we only offer standard shipping at this time.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?

Please report damage within 24 hours of delivery by submitting a return request which can be found HERE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CARRIER LOSSES MY PACKAGE OR DAMAGES MY ITEMS?

Not to worry!
 We insure all of our packages with shipsurance.
 All you need to do is contact customer support and let them know of the issue.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All approved returns are refunded back to the original form of payment

Damaged & Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

We are not able to process items that have been worn, washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair on the material.

FINAL SALE, SEASONAL AND PROMOTIONAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund. 

All Returns MUST be approved prior to shipping back to the store to ensure proper handling of your refund/exchange

Please allow 24 hours for a return approval. You will receive an email regarding the status of your return with instructions.

Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your return will be processed. 

We kindly ask 3-5 business days from receipt of delivery to process returns. 

You will receive a refund notification as soon as your return has been processed.
