ORDER PROCESSING
* Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday season it may take up to 5 business days for standard processing. Orders are processed Tuesday – Saturday and Shipped Monday – Friday.
* We do NOT ship Internationally at this time
* All Prices are listed in USD
* Any adjustments, additions, or cancelations of orders can be made within 24 hours of placing order please contact customer service.
* Orders cannot be combined
SHIPPING
* Sunshine and Grace does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available.
* It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has been shipped, not counting weekends or holidays.
* Sunshine and Grace is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of deliver. All Claims will be processed and paid through shipsurance.
* Sunshine and Grace is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation this is generated and sent to you directly from the shipping carrier.
STORE PICKUP
You will receive a conformation email once your order is ready for Store Pickup. Most Store Pick-Up Orders are available for pickup the following business day.
* Please have your order number available when picking up order.
* Orders can be picked up anytime during normal business hours.
